JSW Steel reported a sharp jump in Q4 FY26 performance, with consolidated net profit rising to ₹19,243 crore, supported by an exceptional gain of ₹17,888 crore from the BPSL steel business slump sale. Revenue from operations increased 14% year-on-year to ₹51,180 crore, while reported EBITDA improved to ₹8,634 crore, reflecting better operating performance. The company also posted strong sales momentum, with total sales volume reaching 7.97 million tonnes and record domestic sales during the quarter. JSW Steel’s net debt reduced to ₹53,870 crore, strengthening its balance sheet. For FY27, the company has guided for consolidated crude steel production of 29.75 MMT and sales of 28.60 MMT, keeping its focus on capacity expansion, deleveraging and long-term steel market growth.
