GPIL's pellet and iron ore production remained stable in FY 2024-25.

The company maintained output despite demand fluctuations.

Strategy may adjust based on monsoon and global market trends.

Godawari Power & Ispat Ltd (GPIL) has reported that its pellet and iron ore output remained almost stable during the financial year 2024-25. The company indicated that while there were minor fluctuations in production, the annual figures stayed broadly in line with the previous year’s levels.

Pellet production at GPIL was within a 1–2% range compared to FY 2023-24, and similarly, iron ore mining and dispatch volumes held steady. The company cited its operational focus and adaptability to uncertain domestic and international market demand as key reasons behind maintaining production levels.

Industry experts believe GPIL might make minor adjustments in its production strategy in the coming monsoon months, depending on global trends and local market movement. Company officials reiterated their priority would be to safeguard operational efficiency while staying responsive to market shifts.
