Tata Steel said a Dutch non-profit foundation, Stichting Frisse Wind.nu (SFW), has initiated collective action proceedings against its Netherlands subsidiaries Tata Steel Nederland B.V. and Tata Steel IJmuiden B.V. in the District Court of North Holland (Haarlem). Tata Steel disclosed that SFW served a writ of summons on under the Dutch mass-claims framework WAMCA.
