Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to unveil 14,000 projects in Uttar Pradesh, including large-scale renewable energy investments on February 19, 2024. These projects have a combined value of more than ₹10 lakh crore ($120 billion). This large-scale project demonstrates India's commitment to increasing its capacity for renewable energy and diversifying its energy sources.

It is a component of the fourth ground-breaking ceremony of the UP Global Investors Summit 2023 (UPGIS 2023) results. The projects, spanning sectors from manufacturing and IT to food processing and education, reflect a broad investment in the state's infrastructure and future economic growth. However, the focus on renewable energy projects is particularly noteworthy, aligning with India's national goals for sustainable development and energy security.

The ceremony, scheduled for 1:45 PM, is expected to draw about 5,000 attendees, including key industrialists, international delegates, and government representatives, highlighting the global and domestic interest in Uttar Pradesh's development trajectory. Earlier in the day, at 10:30 AM, Modi will lay the foundation stone of Shri Kalki Dham Temple in Sambhal district, marking another highlight of his visit. The event will not only underscore the cultural but also the infrastructural development happening in the region, with the presence of saints, religious leaders, and dignitaries.
