India’s coking coal import port traffic high 13% in April

According to data sourced from the Indian Ports Association (IPA), India's coal import traffic through all of its ports has been provisionally estimated at 5 million MT in April of this year, rising 13.07% year over year.

In March of this year, the anticipated quantity of coking coal imported by India was 5.57 million mt.

According to the data, the initial estimate for the total iron ore freight traffic in April, including pellets, is 3.26 million mt, a decline of 32.32% from the previous year.
