Sunflag Iron & Steel Company reported a 20.74% decline in consolidated net profit for the March 2026 quarter, even as revenue showed steady growth. The company’s net profit fell to Rs 34.27 crore in Q4 FY26, compared with Rs 43.24 crore in the same quarter last year. Sales increased 13.31% to Rs 1,000.69 crore from Rs 883.11 crore, indicating stronger business volumes despite pressure on profitability.
For the full financial year ended March 2026, Sunflag delivered a stronger performance. Net profit rose 24.86% to Rs 202.35 crore, while annual sales increased 11.42% to Rs 3,939.38 crore. The results reflect mixed trends for the steel company, with quarterly earnings under pressure but yearly growth remaining positive.
