Vibhor Steel Tubes Ltd has secured an order worth ₹4.02 crore for the supply of metal crash barriers, strengthening its presence in the infrastructure and road-safety segment.
The company will supply standardised steel crash barrier systems, which are used along highways, bridges and critical road stretches to enhance vehicle and passenger safety by absorbing impact and preventing vehicles from veering off the carriageway.
Management said the order underscores Vibhor Steel Tubes’ capabilities in value-added, safety-critical steel products, beyond its core pipe and tube portfolio. The contract is expected to be executed over the coming quarters and should contribute modestly to the company’s top line and order book visibility.
With continued public and private investment in roads, expressways and logistics corridors, demand for certified crash barriers and related steel safety products is expected to remain firm. Vibhor Steel Tubes aims to leverage its manufacturing base and technical expertise to participate in more such projects across India.
