HCBS Developments has partnered with Jindal Stainless for the use of Jindal Infinity stainless steel rebars in its upcoming Twin Horizon residential project in Sector 102, Gurugram. The stainless steel rebars will be used in critical structural areas, including diaphragm wall and raft foundation applications, where corrosion resistance and long lifecycle performance are important.
Spread across 5.2902 acres, Twin Horizon will feature two high-rise towers, 268 residences and seven commercial spaces. The project is being designed by Morphogenesis, while Krishna Buildestates Private Limited is handling construction work. This partnership highlights the growing use of stainless steel rebars in Indian real estate, especially for stronger, durable and low-maintenance building foundations.
