Tata Steel, in partnership with TRL Krosaki, has launched a new sustainability initiative by introducing reusable steel pallets at its LD2 plant in Jamshedpur.
The project is aimed at reducing the use of wooden pallets in logistics and material handling by replacing them with stronger, long-lasting steel pallets. These pallets can be reused multiple times, offering both cost efficiency and an eco-friendly alternative.
The initiative reflects Tata Steel’s continued focus on sustainability and resource efficiency in its operations. By adopting greener solutions in packaging and logistics, the company seeks to minimize environmental impact while promoting circular economy practices.
TRL Krosaki, a leading refractory solutions provider, has partnered in the project, reinforcing its commitment to developing innovative and sustainable industrial solutions.
