Turkey’s Ekinciler Demir ve Çelik is moving ahead with a public offering to support its next phase of steel capacity growth and green modernization. The company will hold book-building from May 13–15, 2026, with the share sale price fixed at TRY 45 per share. The total public offering size is expected to reach nearly TRY 2.3 billion.
As part of the offering, Ekinciler will raise its issued capital from TRY 280 million to TRY 320 million, with a free float ratio of 16.25%. The company plans to use the proceeds for raw material procurement, working capital, renewable energy investments, rolling mill modernization, capacity expansion, and a billet welding system.
The move highlights Turkey’s growing focus on efficient, sustainable and green steel production.
