Saudi Arabia-based Arabian Pipes Company (APC) has secured a new steel pipe supply contract worth nearly SAR 48 million from energy giant Saudi Aramco, strengthening its position in the Kingdom’s oil and gas infrastructure sector. The agreement covers the manufacturing and supply of steel pipes for Aramco’s ongoing energy and pipeline projects.

The contract highlights Saudi Aramco’s continued focus on expanding local industrial sourcing and supporting domestic steel manufacturers under Saudi Arabia’s industrial growth initiatives. Arabian Pipes has recently secured multiple supply agreements from Aramco, boosting its order pipeline and revenue visibility for upcoming quarters.

Industry analysts believe the latest deal reflects sustained investment in oil, gas, and pipeline infrastructure projects across the Middle East. Demand for high-grade steel pipes remains strong as energy companies continue upgrading transmission networks and production facilities. The financial impact of the contract is expected to appear in Arabian Pipes’ future earnings during the execution period.
