Aalberts Integrated Piping Systems (IPS) has launched the Apollo 76F-HCA stainless steel ball valve, a newly engineered solution designed for corrosive, washdown-intensive, and high-purity environments. Developed in response to specialized customer requirements, the valve features a stainless steel construction, integrated hose cap, and retaining chain to enhance durability, safety, and operational reliability.
The Apollo 76F-HCA has been specifically designed to protect hose outlet connections from dirt, debris, contamination, and mechanical damage while helping prevent unintended discharge when not in use. Its stainless steel body offers superior resistance to corrosion and chemical attack, making it particularly suitable for deionized water systems, data centers, food processing facilities, pharmaceutical plants, marine infrastructure, and water treatment applications.
According to Aalberts IPS, the valve addresses growing industry demand for high-performance flow-control solutions capable of operating in harsh environments where material integrity and water purity are critical. The product also helps reduce maintenance requirements and extend service life compared to traditional brass or bronze alternatives. The launch further strengthens the Apollo valve portfolio, reinforcing Aalberts IPS's focus on innovation, corrosion resistance, and infrastructure reliability across industrial and commercial sectors.
