Vibhor Steel Tubes has received a new domestic order worth approximately ₹7.43 crore for the supply of metal crash barriers, further strengthening its presence in the road safety and infrastructure segment. The order has been placed by YNM Pan Global Trade under Purchase Order YNM/PO-348 dated 15 December 2025 and covers Vibhor Steel–branded W-beam metal crash barriers for domestic deployment.
The company clarified that neither its promoters nor group entities have any interest in the awarding entity, and the contract does not qualify as a related-party transaction under regulatory norms. This order adds to Vibhor Steel’s growing portfolio in the crash barrier segment, where it has recently secured multiple contracts from different domestic customers.
Vibhor Steel Tubes is engaged in manufacturing electric resistance welded (ERW) pipes and tubes, galvanised pipes, transmission line towers and metal crash barriers, with an installed capacity of around 3.77 lakh tonnes per annum across plants in Maharashtra, Telangana and Odisha. In Q2 FY26, the company’s standalone net profit rose 59.6% year-on-year to ₹1.42 crore on a 19.3% increase in net sales to ₹281.76 crore. Following the latest order announcement, the stock edged up about 0.8% on the BSE to around ₹135 per share.
