Tata Steel has taken a significant step towards workplace inclusivity by deploying women employees across all three shifts in its outbound logistics operations at the Kalinganagar plant.
This initiative marks a milestone in the Indian steel industry, as women are now actively engaged in critical logistics activities such as loading, unloading, and dispatching steel products around the clock. By extending opportunities across shifts, Tata Steel is breaking traditional barriers and enabling greater gender participation in core industrial functions.
